This has created an opportunity for an experienced Case Manager to join a structured, high-performing environment with strong internal progression. What’s on offer: A competitive salary package between $85K - $90K inclusive bonus Hybrid working model with flexibility built in 9-day fortnight available Clear and achievable progression pathways into Senior, Technical and Leadership roles Genuine internal mobility across different teams and business areas Supportive, hands-on leadership focused on development Long-term stability within a well-established national insurer Structured onboarding and ongoing support to set you up for success The role: Manage a full end-to-end portfolio of SME Workers’ Compensation claims Determine liability and drive claims strategy through to resolution Collaborate with injured workers, employers and medical providers to achieve sustainable return-to-work outcomes Review medical documentation and manage ongoing treatment approvals Maintain regular follow-ups, particularly on active and time-sensitive claims What we’re looking for: 1–3 years’ experience in Workers’ Compensation claims management Experience managing your own portfolio end-to-end Exposure to SME or higher-volume claims highly regarded A clear understanding of NSW Workers’ Compensation legislation Strong communication skills and confident decision-making ability Allied health or injury management background advantageous This role won’t suit someone new to claims- prior Workers’ Compensation exposure is essential.
